Springtime Concert

The concert is being held at 7pm on Friday 16th September in the St. Patrick’s Basilica, an ideal venue for our concerts. The building has great acoustics, is the right size for the audience we are getting at the moment, has a warm interior with level access and good carparking.

The choir is singing some well-loved old favourites such as Arise O Sun and Nearer my God to Thee as well as some newer songs.

Sarah Hubbard who was one of the finalists in this year’s Lexus song contest has agreed to sing some solo items for us and she also will provide soloist support to some of the choir’s songs.

Tickets can be pre-purchased from choir members or by emailing Neville Carr at nevcarr@gmail.com. Tickets will be sold at the venue on the day, starting 1 hour before the concert. Cash sale only please. Adults $20, Students and Children $10.

The concert should go for just over one hour without an interval. We are recommending the audience wear masks
